Answer

MRP is designed to help you win the listing and sell the listing in record time. In our industry, time is of the essence. Manually converting all of the email links provided by MRED can take hours. With MRP, this long process is shortened to just a few seconds, and the possibilities of what can be done with the extracted data are endless. A few examples are:

  • Pre-market a property
  • Sending an open house or broker open invite
  • Letting agents know of multiple offer deadline
  • And much more

Answer

Right now, new users are given a 30-day trial which includes 175 credits/agent extractions. After that, we have many subscription plans that fit every agent.

Answer

Because we do not store your card info, you must first cancel your current subscription and re-purchase it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do not want to incur the risk of storing our user's banking information. Please note that you will not lose your remaining credits when doing this. See below for more information.

Answer

You will not lose any credits. However, please note that you can only extract while you have an active subscription.

Answer

Any unused credits at the end of a billing cycle will transfer to the following month.

Answer

Agents working with several buyers or that have multiple searches set up that meet your listing's criteria will appear more than once in the MLS reverse prospecting page. To avoid sending those agents duplicate emails, they will only appear once on the excel spreadsheet. Note: the agents with multiple searches set up will have one client public ID for each search.

Answer

Your past pulls will not expire and can always be accessed from our history page from any of your devices.
